A. FIND A FAVORITE PHOTO NUMBER
Your favorite photo number is an 8-digit number located on the upper right-hand portion of the order form that you received from the photographer in the hospital. If you designated a 2nd favorite photo number it will also be listed.
If you lost your order form and/or your favorite photo number, please call 1.888.991.2229 (770.514.0029 in Atlanta) and speak with a Customer Service Representative. Please note that there may be a $10 fee to unarchive your photo, which will be credited toward your order.
Family members & friends who call will not be provided with the favorite photo number due to our privacy regulations. However, they may obtain the number from the baby's parents.
B. VIEW A BABY PHOTO
Just follow the butterfly. On any page of the website, click on "Hospital Nurseries" in the upper right corner. Then type your 8-digit favorite photo number in the box that says "View a Hospital Baby Photo" and click the arrow to the left of it.
Photos are posted within 24-36 hours from the time your order is received in our corporate office. Orders placed online are received immediately. Orders placed in the hospital are typically received the next day. Photos are only posted if an order is placed.
C. SELECT A PHOTO
You will be prompted to designate the photo that is used in your product once you add an item to your shopping cart. You may use any of the numbers from your baby's hospital photo session. Currently we do not offer the ability to upload your personal photo, but that functionality will be added soon.
D. GET A GREAT PHOTO IN THE HOSPITAL
 Bring a cute outfit and have it ready for your photography appointment. But make sure that your baby, not his or her outfit, is the star of the photo.
Bring a pretty blanket to use as your photo background. Off whites and pastels with little or no pattern work best.
Pick out your announcement ahead of time, and plan the colors in your photo to best compliment the design.
E. GET A FREE BABY WEBSITE
All orders of $24.95 or greater will receive a free baby website. The website will be automatically added to your shopping cart once your order total exceeds $24.95. When you are checking out, just be sure to check the box to provide us with permission to post your baby's photo online. Once we have received your order, your baby's hospital photo will be posted within 24 to 36 hours.
F. CUSTOMIZE YOUR BABY WEBSITE
Once your baby's photo has been posted, you may go to the "Baby Websites" section of our website and click "Parent Login" to create an account with a secure password. Please have your favorite photo or order number ready. You may then login to gain access to a secure area that allows you to create a custom and personalized website for your family and friends to view.
Content
You will start in the "Content" area of your baby's website home page, where you may fill in the birth stats. Clicking any of the links to the left will take you to different sections that you can customize with your own text and photos. Read the instructions at the top of each page for specific information about each area. In order to save your content, always be sure to click "Save Changes" before leaving the page that you are on.
Design
The "Design" area of your website allows you to customize the look. First, pick one of the 4 themes listed on the top left. Then customize your color, background and/or icon. Different customization options are available for each theme. In order to save your design, always be sure to click "Save Changes" before leaving the page that you are on.
Preview
The "Preview" area of your website allows you to preview your customized content and design. If something doesn't look right or you need to make changes or additions, simply go back to the "Content" area, make your changes, and click "Save Changes."
Manage
The "Manage" area of your website allows you to email a website link to friends and family, change your email address, change your password, and log out of the customization area.
G. PURCHASE INDIVIDUAL SHEETS OF PHOTOS
You may purchase individual sheets of photos if you have made a photo package purchase. Just check the "Extra Sheets" option under the photo package that you are purchasing. You may also designate a different pose for your extra sheets. Please note that individual sheets may not be purchased separately.
H. CALCULATE SHIPPING & HANDLING
Shipping & handling will automatically be added to your order at checkout. If you'd like to calculate these charges prior to finalizing your order, go to the "Shopping Cart" link and click on Shipping & Handling.
I. CHECK THE STATUS OF AN ORDER
You can check the status of an order online. Just go to "Shopping Cart" and click the Order Status link, then type in your favorite photo number.
J. MAKE A RETURN
Website Orders
All website sales are final. Defective products that are sent back will be replaced free of charge. Please call 1.888.991.2229 (770.514.0029 in Atlanta) with any questions.
Hospital Orders
If you selected your favorite hospital baby photo on a computer monitor, all sales are final. Defective products that are sent back will be replaced free of charge.
If your baby was photographed in the nursery and you did not see the photo in advance, you may return your photos within 14 days for a refund. Announcements and products will be replaced with a new photo provided by the customer. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
